Gratitude Practice

As the days grow shorter and the air becomes more crisp, we begin to turn our thoughts toward the holiday of Thanksgiving and to our own needs for the practice of gratitude.

How does gratitude shape your life? Is it in a daily practice of journaling? A regular habit of volunteering? Weekly spiritual conversations with friends?

In order to help us express our gratitude, this year the Youth Group has come up the idea of making Gratitude Grams for us to purchase and share. The Confirmation class is inviting us to reflect on the many reasons we have for gratitude by sleeping outdoors in solidarity with those who have no shelter.
